How we handle your pest control enquiry.

Termite Control Perth is a Tentacle Marketing digital asset that collects and reviews pest control enquiries for possible referral to independent local operators.

Information you provide

We collect your name, phone number, email, preferred contact time, property type, suburb, postcode, selected service, problem description and any photographs you choose to upload. We also record the source page, submission time, consent and enquiry status.

How information is used

Details are used to review and respond to your enquiry, assess service suitability and, with your form consent, refer the request to suitable independent pest control operators. We do not automatically distribute enquiries or add you to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and access

Enquiries and uploaded photographs are stored in platform-backed services. Access through this website is restricted to the administrator. Suitable independent operators may receive the information required to respond to a reviewed referral. The website platform also processes data to operate and secure the service.

Photos and sensitive information

Photographs are optional. Avoid including people, identity documents, payment details or other information unrelated to the pest problem. Do not enter unsafe areas or disturb pests to take a photo.

Retention and requests

Enquiry records are retained for review, follow-up and administration. You can request access, correction or deletion by using the contact form and mentioning your lead ID. Records may need to be retained where a legal obligation applies.

Website operation

The form uses temporary in-page state while you complete it. No advertising analytics or marketing cookies have been added. The hosting platform may process operational request information. Pest photographs on some pages are loaded from Wikimedia, which receives the browser request for those images.
