Terms & Referral Disclosure
Understand who reviews your enquiry and who provides any agreed service.
An enquiry and referral website
Termite Control Perth is a Tentacle Marketing digital asset. The website operator does not personally perform licensed pest control work. Information is provided to help visitors describe a problem and request an assessment.
Independent operators
We manually review enquiries before any referral. A suitable independent operator confirms coverage, availability, licensing relevant to the work, assessment requirements, price and service terms. Your service agreement is with that operator.
Quotes and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking, guarantee a response time or guarantee referral. Any inspection fee or treatment cost must be agreed directly with the operator. Check the written scope, exclusions and follow-up conditions before accepting.
Website guidance
General information and photos cannot establish pest identification, property condition or treatment suitability. They do not replace an on-site inspection. No eradication, permanent prevention or treatment outcome is guaranteed.
Referral arrangements
This is a lead-generation website. Commercial arrangements with independent operators may include referral or lead fees. These arrangements do not make us the pest control service provider.
Photographs and enquiries
Only submit information and photographs you are entitled to share. Your consent permits enquiry review and relevant referral as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not disturb a pest, nest or damaged building element to obtain a photo.
Availability
No emergency attendance or specialist commercial capability is promised. Availability and coverage require operator confirmation.
